We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a Head of design development to develop a visual identity for Teltonika IoT Group.

In this role, you will provide a creative vision not just for the design team and the whole organisation globally as well. The main responsibility is to develop a corporate Design strategy and be the primary voice - of all design projects.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Proactively redesign and guide websites, landing pages and brandbook development to forward improvements
• Working hand-in-hand with our external partners and internal designers
• Developing and proactively looking at the visual identity
• Seeking solutions for complex business and internal customers service in a creative way
• Overseeing and ensuring continuous improvements of Design development process in order to meet the needs of a growing organisation
• Providing communication on changes and updates on all design materials and policies
• Working collectively with communications professionals, marketing and other staff members

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• Have prior experience as a Head of design (or similar), having worked in an international environment or group of companies

• Have a strong understanding of all core Design development processes
• Able to express your ideas and thoughts, communicate with stakeholders
• Able to work full professionally in English
• Enjoy taking ownership and solving Design challenges proactively
• Previous partnering, cross-team management abilities and organizational skills

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 30 Eur/h up to 40 Eur/h (~5000 Eur – 6700 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
