One of Avia Solutions Group subsidiaries is looking for a highly motivated individual and team player for Co living project development. We are looking for a Co Living Real Estate Development Manager. We offer you a position with interesting and diverse tasks. You will be a part of our management team and work closely with experienced and enthusiastic colleagues.

You will be ressponsible for:

• Setting and achieving strategic goals for the project;
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations;
• Managing and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service;
• Overseeing financial performance and budgeting;
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and community leaders;
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry;
• Commercial background is beneficial. 

Requirements for the role:

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry;
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong financial and budgeting skills;
• Knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
