BGS Rail is a major player in the CIS railway market and currently owns a fleet of 2,500 railcars of various types. BGS Rail is part of the international holding Avia Solutions Group, which is the largest player in the aviation services market in Central and Eastern Europe. Avia Solutions Group has 100 offices on 5 continents. BGS Rail is planning to create a business expansion and open a representative office in Kazakhstan and willing to hire a Head of the company's representative office in Nur-Sultan (former Astana), Republic of Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the administrative work of the representative office.
• Organization of work with KZ railways (registration of wagons, signing the necessary contracts with the railway and wagon repair enterprises).
• Transportation logistics management (analysis, forecasting, planning, risk analysis).
•  Attracting customers and negotiating loading routes with minimization of empty run, search for reverse loading of rolling stock.
• Participation in tenders for the carriage of goods by rail.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of railway transportation of KZ railways and its own rolling stock from 5 years.
•  Availability of a customer base throughout the KZ railways network regarding loading.
• Sociability and stress resistance.
• Knowledge of English, Russian is a must.
