I am Kristina Varkuleviciute and I am leading the Talent Acquisition team for Swedish market at Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Right now, we are looking for IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. This means consulting and assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates in Sweden, building talent pools and other recruitment related assignments.

Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations. 

Is this your next opportunity?

  • As a recruiting partner for the business, you would make a difference by guiding hiring managers through recruitment processes (recruitment planning, market overview, screening, assessments, active search, communication etc.).
  • Developing managers' competence of recruitment by advising and coaching
  • You would support the whole process, ensuring that recruitment process is efficient and smooth, candidate experience is as high as possible and you will continuously improve our recruitment practices in an international setup.
  • You will also join or lead various improvement projects and activities connected to the global Talent Acquisition function.

  • You are adventurous and able to organize work with lots of ambiguities.
  • You would like to learn about Swedish IT talent market.
  • You are positive and persistent because recruitment brings a lot of challenge.
  • You care about each manager, each team member and each candidate.
  • You are daring, have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You can operate effectively in a large matrix organizational structure, analyze and quickly grasp new information.
  • Furthermore, you are technologically aware or even a little geeky.

Your experience & skills:

  • You love recruiting and have experience in full cycle IT recruitment.
  • Strong in headhunting, active search and attraction of candidates
  • Experience in managing various stakeholders
  • Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others, build relationships and reasonably present your opinion.
  • Fluent in English.
