Job Description:

Be THE HR for the department/team which is assigned to you;
Work together with the rest of PVcase HR team to deliver strategic HR goals;
Drive the improvement, adjustment and update of current HR processes and policies: motivation system, onboarding process, salary system, performance management, etc.;
Provide coaching and guidance to PVcaser employees on internal people processes and management practices;
Be a trusted advisor for resolving sensitive employee relationship issues according to the Labour Code of Lithuania;
Contribute to different HR projects globally and represent HR in cross-functional change projects;
Be fast to identify issues that may impact employee engagement and motivation and proactively support leadership in finding and implementing solutions;
Coach and guide leaders on different aspects of people management including talent management and non-performance, using data and insights;
Define, design and recruit business-critical people.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as an HR professional in an international environment of SaaS and/or engineering with full employee lifecycle management;
BA degree in human resources, engineering, business or related discipline;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Law;
Proficiency in English language both written & verbal are an absolute must;
Strong HR skillset: problem solving, flexibility, ownership mindset, experience in team development and change management;
Experience of working with different markets in Europe or overseas would be an advantage;
Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects;
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
