What You Will Do:

•  Develop (e.g., review and clean data, assess modelling options based on data, implement statistical models in line with regulations) and calibrate IFRS 9 credit risk models;
•  Develop and maintain the IFRS9 and Pillar II credit risk modelling library and maintenance of internal IFRS 9 / Pillar II modelling methodologies;
• Continuously work to enhance and improve existing models to ensure that they are performing and serving the intended purpose and scope; 
• Support the work on model performance, documentation, regulatory compliance, addressing findings and recommendations, etc.; 
• Support the development of a data science mindset and respective capabilities in the Risk organization;
• Communicate detailed technical information in a simple and clear manner;
• Knowledge transfer and junior member’s coaching;

What We Expect: 

• Higher education in Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or similar field;
• Must have Python or R knowledge, as well as SQL knowledge;
• Good understanding of IFRS 9 modelling;
• Good understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning modelling;
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication;
