Visma Circle is growing! That’s why we are looking for a DevOps Engineer. We are a Dutch company with foreign expansion ambitions. We deliver smart cloud software, where a governmental organisation can digitise all her internal and external processes. To, for instance, rapidly request a driver's licence online. As we say ourselves, we build the most intuitive case management system of the Netherlands. Will you join us?

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

• Do you enjoy working in an agile and self-organising team of colleagues and are you strongly driven by technology and process optimization? Let's hear from you and respond to this vacancy!
• As a DevOps Engineer you are an important part of the development process. You and your DevOps colleagues are responsible for maintaining, optimizing and expanding the Deployment Pipelines.
• Continuous Delivery and Infrastructure-as-Code are part of our daily work. You bring your experience in thinking along and propagating a vision about how we will further develop the platform.
  
• With your broad knowledge you contribute to the stability, automation and further development of our platform. We absolutely do not expect you to know everything, after all that is impossible!
• However, expect that as an engineer you want to know exactly how systems work and how you use these systems. You have knowledge of PowerShell, are not averse to software development and of course have a mindset to automate and innovate.
• Your colleagues and customers expect you to have a vision and opinion about where the technology is going and at the same time be open to discussion, ideas and changes.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• You have a bachelor degree in computer science.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure, Site Reliability or Cloud Engineer (name it as you like) with a DevOps mindset.
• You have experience with PowerShell.
• You have the skills to work with Azure DevOps, manage and organize pipelines.
• You have a big passion for automation.
• You have experience with agile frameworks.
• You are available for stand-by shifts.
• You have experience running a production environment in Azure.
• You have the following competences: problem analysis, judgement, oral communication, listening, persuasiveness, objective and positive critical, you are also stress-resistant, proactive and you work in a structured and accurate manner.
• You have good verbal and written English skills.

• Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Powershell, Terraform.
