If you are able to communicate with different managers and stakeholders in organization; you are meticulously detailed and on the same time see picture big; you have a drive to perform and achieve; you have clear understanding how your work contributes to development of even better organization – come and excel with us.  

What you will be doing as a Management assistant:
    • Organising and following up after meetings.
    • Writing reports and preparing presentations on various topics.
    • Administrating Financial and HR requests from the Chairman and Board, and Retail Manager Baltics.
    • Collaborating in the processes with the Legal and Procurement team.
    • Contributing and providing support in projects and processes management and smooth business operations.

Salary: from 1600,00 - 2000,00 €/ month gross, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
