Position Description

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting employees and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Generate a positive impression of our business by welcoming visitors, responding to requests, and supporting employees
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Manage third party suppliers of good and services
  • Control office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Experience as an office administrator, receptionist, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in both Lithuanian and English languages
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Care for people attitude, positive and proactive personality
