The Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) will be the home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of the industry’s best practices, innovations, and standards creation.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our NewTech, Standards and Infrastructure team. In this team, we ensure stable automation infrastructure, work with joint CoE projects, deliver bank-wide training and discover, test, implement and scale new technologies according to the bank’s needs.
You will:
- Lead change: run projects and initiatives that enable automation technologies in the bank
- Organize and guide project operations through adherence to Danske Bank project management methodologies to achieve the best possible outcome by balancing duration, cost and objectives
- Bring the bank to the next level of intelligent automation: from knowledge to implementation
- Maintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction between the involved parties to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of Danske Bank
- Build and develop partnerships with stakeholders to secure their engagement and support deliverables
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to Intelligent Automation CoE leadership
- Manage project(s) issues and risks to mitigate impact on baseline
About you:
- Solid IT project management background, including project tracking and planning
- Great interest in IT and automation fields with the constant search for new options and ways how to drive that in the organization
- Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated history of working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix context
- Experience in influencing and gaining buy-in, as well as advanced communication skills in English
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, identifying priorities and ensuring deliveries are reached
- Comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you demonstrate personal skills such as being proactive and showing engagement
Valuable advantages:

We offer
Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
