Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Lead offshore development opportunities in Estonia and Latvia
• Participate in legislation processes related to offshore development in Estonia and Latvia
• Participate in stakeholder and relevant communities' management activities
• Present offshore development opportunities to company's management, partners and develop them through all project phases
• Plan and control project schedule and tasks, prepare and control the budget, public institutions, and other stakeholders, be responsible for the terms and results of the projects
• Establish and maintain the relationship with vendors while looking for the best solutions
• Follow the renewable energy technology trends and apply the knowledge in the daily activity.

We expect that You:

• Have university degree in energy, law or economics
• Have experience in renewable energy development in Estonia or Latvia (experience in offshore development would be considered as an advantage)
• Are skilled in legislation processes and stakeholder management
• Are proactive and perseverance leader who is able to prioritize and execute tasks in order to meet project deadlines, work independently and communicate efficiently and effectively
• Oriented into a team with global mindset, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Familiar with business and have understanding of the key drivers and levers that influence business performance and particularly project's performance
• Are proficient user in English and Estonian or Latvian languages.
