Insurance Product Development Manager

Are you passionate about developing and managing non-life insurance products in Swedbank P&C Insurance?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Become a product owner and manager for non-life insurance products across the Baltics;
• Design insurance products and provide product related requirements for developments of new products;
• Provide product related support for different counterparties;
• Become a valuable member of growing and highly competent team;
• Become a decision maker in development of insurance terms and conditions;
• Work in close cooperation with IT, follow agile development principles;
• Contribute to various development projects, from providing business requirements to business acceptance testing;
• Keep an eye on long-term insurance market developments and competitive environment.

What is needed in this role:

• Very strong knowledge of corporate non-life insurance products and deep understanding of underlying insurance risks;
• Proficiency in corporate property insurance product;
• Good understanding of insurance law and insurance distribution regulations;
• Proven track record in product management and/or product development area;
• Corporate customer orientation with a passion for problem solving;
• Structured way of working: You are good at time management, prioritization, planning and information structuring etc;
• Self-starter skills: You can work independently and make your own decisions, you are a visionary – brave and confident to develop products that stand out in the market and take responsibility for the results;
• Project management skills: You will lead the development of new products while juggling priorities and aggregating output of various workstreams;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-border team;
• Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or similar;
• Excellent English, spoken and written. Proficiency in any of three Baltic languages will score you bonus points.
