Get ready to

• Manage multiple creative campaigns, including strategy, resources, writing creative briefs, analyzing results
  
• Manage relationships with TikTok
  
• Collaborating with product teams to obtain knowledge of the client’s needs
  
• Directing team members of performance creatives, video editors, etc., to help them grow
  
• Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas
  
• Own your projects - revise content and briefs, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team, and seek the most effective implementation
  
• Monitor results and propose actions for the future
  
• Have a big-picture view and oversee creative strategies company-wide
  

We expect you to

• Have 5+ years experience in creative performance
  
• Have experience in team management
  
• Have experience working with large-scale budgets
  
• Be able to own and oversee projects and processes from start to finish independently
  
• Have good interpersonal skills to communicate project processes with the team
  
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects according to dynamic deadlines
  
• Be able to adapt to changing situations and find solutions to them quickly
  
• Have strong English skills, both written and verbal
  
• Additional experience working with TikTok is a huge plus
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-5000 EUR/month.
