• Verify timekeeping records, maintain time and attendance records.
• Process payroll monthly including calculations and recording of payroll deductions.
• Prepare and submit internal and external reporting (reports, declarations to public institutions).
• Participate in company audits and other projects related to the Finance department.
• Support company employees regarding payroll topics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Payroll specialist or in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
• The ability to communicate in English (both oral and written communication).
• Attention to detail, critical thinking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Initiative and the ability to work in a team.
