As our new Management Coordinator, you will be working closely together with senior leaders by being a coordinated executor, who will plan and make things happen proactively or within given deadlines. You will be supporting two tribe leadership teams with both administrative and strategic tasks matching your competencies and our leaders’ need. You should expect to be given a wide range of tasks from day one – and be ready to grow your responsibility over time to create the most value.

Be part of the Personal Customers’ business working with Customer and Advisor solutions for daily Banking and Retail Investments

You will join the Retail Investment (RI) Tribe and hold equal responsibility towards the Everyday Banking Individuals (EBIN) Tribe. Besides supporting two tribe leadership teams you will benefit from close collaboration across other Tribes and units.

Your daily responsibilities will depend on your skills and experience and consist of various tasks regarding keeping employee overview updates across systems, coordinating initiatives, supporting leaders, coordinating communication, and handling administrative ad-hoc tasks. Furthermore, you will help onboard new colleagues to the team and assist in planning and executing professional and social activities.

We expect you to be people-focused and take care of a broad range of administrative, organisational and coordination tasks with a high level of integrity and accountability.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

About you:

  • Experience in collaborating with or assisting senior managers
  • High work ethics standards and ability to handle confidential information
  • Efficient communication and presentation skills
  • Efficient stakeholder management & project management skills
  • Effective and concise organiser skills being able to prioritise & execute efficiently
  • A positive, collaborative, and service-minded attitude to add real value
  • You are a self-starter, natural problem solver and result driven person with a strong ownership sense
  • Advanced english both oral and written

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
