Customer Success Quality Advisor

Get ready to

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of the customer success (CS) interactions
  
• Deliver workshops to CS teams on successes and areas for improvement
  
• Work closely with team managers and other stakeholders on various quality-related projects
  
• Onboard the new CS specialists with great care
  
• Update the internal knowledge base
  
• Prepare and execute feedback sessions
  
• Be a part of a fast-growing company and deal with the challenges that it brings

We expect you to

• Have fluent English, both written and spoken (another language is a plus!)
  
• Have previous experience in CS (quality specialist or similar role is a plus!)
  
• Have a record of initiated and launched workshops or trainings
  
• Have previous experience in a call center
  
• Be able to express constructive written and verbal feedback
  
• Have perfect time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  
• Be self-reliant, excellent problem-solver, results-oriented, attentive to detail
  
• Be a team player and possess great communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Have knowledge and interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!)
  

Salary

The gross salary range is 1500-2000 EUR/month.
