Your Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and operatively administer CEO ‘s agenda, manage all calendar events, filter the distractions
- Manage the flow of internal and external information addressed to CEO, assess the relevance of the information, and ensure its timely transmission
- Control the form, content, and deadlines of the documents submitted to the CEO for signing
- Control the deadlines for the tasks assigned to Executive Board members and provide feedback
- Prepare and coordinate agendas, presentations, information, minutes, and other needs for business meetings
- Schedule meetings, business events and other activities for the CEO
- Help CEO with ad-hoc tasks and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Maintain highly confidential information
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative role reporting to Board, Executive or Director level manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple projects and priorities
- The significant level of discretion due to exposure to confidential information and high-profile individuals
- Very strong interpersonal skills emotional intelligence, helpfulness, and the ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders, including Executive leadership, Board members, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including proficiency in grammar and spelling
- Ability to problem-solve in a time-sensitive manner
- Excellent MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge
- Perfect communication skills both in Lithuanian and English (C1/C2 levels). Other languages are an advantage
- Clear personal reputation and reliability
- A keen eye for details, be able to perform under deadlines, and be able to aggregate and interpret data
- Hands-on approach to solving challenges facing the senior management
