Debt Management Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Application of the actions provided for in the debt administration process;
• Coordination of ongoing debt recovery processes, ensuring debt payments;
• Active communication and cooperation with colleagues on debt payment issues;
• Constant verbal and written communication with late payment customers;
• Active cooperation with partners (law firms, pre-trial recovery companies);
• Analysis of problematic situations, search for solutions, and implementation;
• Analysis of the formation of customer debts, control of money collection, and provision of reports as needed.

• Good data systematization and processing skills;
• Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail;
• Good communication and relationship maintenance skills when working in a team and with partners, and clients;
• Independence and orientation to the result, the ability to ensure the determined performance results;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken);
• Degree in law would be an advantage.
