RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage hotel and flights reservations within aviation company;
• Ensure reservations have been confirmed accurately, at the lowest possible cost;
• Register necessary information in internal systems;
• Provide assistance with the booking tools and troubleshoot issues;
• Apply detailed documentation to all bookings, reservations and payments;
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments;
• Research and resolve issues as necessary;
• Handle every aspect of flight crew from lodging to activities;
• Liaise with internal departments and related travel vendors as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years experience as Travel Agent in Aviation or a similar role;
• Experience with reservations software;
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate;
• Customer service attitude;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail, ability to work with a large scope of data and prioritise;
• Ability to prioritize assignments, resolve issues independently and work effectively;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
