You can make a difference in our “Goods For Return (GFR)” department. Your delivery will help us have correct and complete information available in time so that purchase orders, purchase invoices and payment can be processed.

Reviewing and sorting received mail (e.g. invoices and reminders).
Scanning and coding of invoices based on company policy, tax laws and regulations. Bringing the invoices into the digital flow for checking and approval on the basis of a cost center overview and agreements made.
Managing and monitoring our three way match process.
Communicating with internal and external customers on outstanding invoices and payments while monitoring and coordinating that credit notes are obtained as soon as possible
Preparation of payment batches as well as timely execution of AP month-end closing activities and reconciliation of sub ledgers with the ledger for creditors.
Approving supplier master data changes.
Supporting internal and external controls and audits 

2 years of experience in administrative roles
Good communication skills and customer mindset
Good Excel skills

Knowledge and experience with financial modules and within Accounts Payable preferable.
