We are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join our team in Vilnius.

 

Your main duties will be:

• Provide administrative support across various departments and projects.
• Prepare and maintain workflow paperwork ensuring the information is stored appropriately.
• Assist direct manager in organizing events and initiatives.
• Support staff members with processing personnel-related documentation and requests.
• Replenish office materials. Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies.
