In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyse and monitor financial results (Swedbank Baltics & subsidiary banks) and prepare legal consolidated financial forecasts
• Coordinate regulatory reporting to ECB, capital projections (in close co-operation with Treasury), as well as coordinate annual goodwill impairment test
• Control Baltic Banking cost efficiency and review Group unit costs allocation
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and suggest solutions for operational and strategic decisions
• Promote best practices of analysis among country financial analysts

What is needed in this role:

• Preferably completed university Bachelor’ s degree in the field of Finance, Economics or Banking
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in financial analysis, management accounting (IFRS knowledge) and reporting (including consolidated reporting). Understanding Finance Industry, Banking business would be considered as advantage
• Technological literacy to use Office software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good understanding of Power BI would be preferable
• Strategic mind-set with attention to detail, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills
• Influencing and negotiating skills with internal stakeholders at different levels across multiple locations and entities
• High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance
• Ability to plan your work and perform without supervision
