Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in embedded software for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.
Projects
We are looking for a Scrum Master who would plan and coordinate work of our two software development teams. Both projects/systems are within the medical domain with an aim to improve the general level of healthcare.
Work
Scrum Master will collaborate with Product Owners in order to define Scrum principles and provide guidance on better cooperation and workload distribution. His/her main responsibilities would involve facilitation of Scrum events, administration of a scrum board, advance preparation for sprints as well as establishment of priorities which are set for the stories/tasks/bugs.
We are looking for an open-minded and flexible team player with at least 3 years experience leading software development teams through the large and complex projects. Good understanding of a software development cycles as well as prior experience with confluence, Jira or Azure DevOps tools for tracking would be expected as well.
As a part of an international team, this person should communicate in English freely.
Scrum Master certificate would be considered as an advantage.
