Your key areas of responsibilities will be: 

• Management of financial derivates portfolio: Electricity and Gas.
• Trading derivatives for hedging purpose in centralized and OTC markets.
• Leading, growing and managing team of professionals.
• Formation, estimation of trading needs and improvement of strategic decisions. 
• Development of new business and wholesale market strategies in order to achieve business targets.
• Constant communication among team, across organization and board in order to ensure KPi's and alignment between strategy and execution.
• Strategic thinking with a strong focus on the results and no fear of responsibilities.
• Participation in the development of a pricing tools and the evaluation of non-standard products.
• Analysis of factors affecting the electricity, gas and ETS markets.
• Communication with clients and partners, participation in projects.
• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Have a university degree (finance, economics, business areas, statistics, applied mathematics or similar).
• Have 3+ years of experience in Derivatives trading, Electricity, Gas or other commodities markets.
• Have 1+ years of successful experience as a team manager.
• Have proven project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Have strong knowledge of commodity derivatives (Gas and Power) and financial markets (would be advantage).
• Have knowledge in econometrics, data analytics or statistical analysis.
• Are fluent in English language (oral and written communication).
• Have the ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
• Are able to conceptualize and build long term solutions.
• Are self-driven, result-oriented and curious.
