Role Summary:

We are looking for a Strategy Lead to join Dexcom Lithuania during this exciting time of growth. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Program Management, you will drive and deliver strategic initiatives, will work across multiple different areas and support Leadership Team in Vilnius. Our Program Management team is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Leadership Team in Vilnius to define strategic direction and objectives.
  • Facilitate Leadership Team strategic sessions and be responsible for developing responses in a fast-paced role.
  • Support the Sr manager for Program Management in the production of planning work, development of options and recommendations, and tracking of performance.
  • Act as a source of thought-leadership, expertise, and advice on strategy, in support of the resolution of specific strategic problems that require framing & coordination across functions.
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to specify project/program requirements.
  • Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
  • Produce and present high-quality papers and slide decks that convey clear and well-thought-out narratives, including research and analysis, risk assessment, and more.
  • Lead initiatives and projects from initiation to closure.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external colleagues at all levels in support of strategic delivery.
  • Provide diverse and thought-provoking perspectives that are based on a deep understanding of our sector and have the ability to ground these in real insight.

About You:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in Big 4 consultancy organisations being an advantage.
  • Experience in the life science, health care, medical device, and/or GBS industries would also be an advantage.
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in Strategy, Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or related Project/Program Management certifications would be a plus.
  • A structured thinker with experience developing frameworks to tackle abstract and ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights quickly and with attention to detail.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with experience communicating with senior stakeholders and clients.

Base monthly salary gross starting from 3,400 EUR.
