Your responsibilities will include:

Playing the key role in developing and implementing various HR processes from the very beginning;
Serving as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management, employee relations, engagement and competency development;
Owning people processes within respective business areas: performance management, salary review, succession planning, talent management, etc.;
Leading employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs;
Conducting thorough analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop proactive strategies;
Providing guidance and support in employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions;
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to identify key talent needs, participate in candidate selection, and contribute to the onboarding process;
Staying up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and applicable employment laws to ensure compliance and proactively recommend improvements.

We expect you have:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws;
Track record of initiative and leading change, creating new processes from scratch;
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions;
Proactive, problem-solving personality with hands-on mentality & customer orientation;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Great English skills, both speaking and writing.
