Girteka Logistics, the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company is looking for a IT Engineer, who will be responsible for installation and maintenance of companys computer systems. Moreover, in this role you will be responsible for testing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware, software and network systems to meet the needs of our internal employees. IT Engineer will adopt a customer centric approach and be accountable for delivering value to the customer and the customer relationship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Service Desk within IT Operations.
• Provide technical user support.
• Maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and hardware.
• Prepare laptops, mobile devices and other needed equipment.
• Handle hardware and software issues.
• Conduct minor repairs, maintain printers and other related peripherals.
• Procure and inventory hardware.
• Create manuals.
• Request and provide feedback to relevant teams.

Our expectations:

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office products.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, printing, networking, and other technology products.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.
• Desire to work with users, willingness to help, cooperative.
• Experience in Active Directory.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology would be an advantage.
• Experience in domain networks.
• Atlassian and Service Now experience would be a great advantage.
