One of the biggest companies in Lithuania and one of the biggest freight carriers in Europe - Girteka Logistics has started a huge program that will implement a number of various most technologically advanced SAP tools within the company. One of these tools is SAP Analytics Cloud and Girteka is looking for a Business Analyst to have a hands-on approach to help with the implementation process. The role is located in Girteka Group Finance and oversees the most important reports used across the organization. Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for reports and dashboards used by horizontal business organization
• Act as competence center and support business power users by providing guidance and knowledge
• Raise requirements for IT for platform optimizations and improvements
• Monitor analytics and metrics results
• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals
• Understand and analyze SAP Analytics Cloud Backlog
• Follow standard team guidelines to ensure compliance
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and meetings with business and external partners
• Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact project or team

Our expectations

• 2+ years of experience in analytical role
• Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized
• Fluency in English language - verbal and written communication, including technical writing
• Track record of successful BI system analysis and design
• Understand methods, techniques and best practices used in business intelligence
• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous SAP BI experience (BODS, BW, business object, etc.) or SAP Analytics Cloud &/SAP Data Warehouse Cloud experience is a huge plus
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodology is a plus

Base monthly salary: from 2430€ to 3040€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidates experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
