The payroll team is a dynamic team of 14 professional colleagues. The main tasks are to implement the company's remuneration policy, ensuring timely process of payroll transactions for all Girteka group. We are currently looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for team management, oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, and ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll team by recruiting, selecting, training and developing employees.
• Oversee payroll teams' job results by planning and organizing workload, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Prepare in a timely manner all ducumentation and statistic reports.
• Calculate wages and taxes payments. Prepare and submit declarations to state institutions in line with legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and other EU countries.
• Represent company during audits, participate in labor dispute resolutions on salary issues. 
• Consult managers and senior accountants on payroll issues and tax laws.
• Proactively participate in strategic projects, such as SAP implementation or separation of companies. 
• Optimize automation and efficiency of payroll processes and team work, contribute to team effort as needed.
• Perform other duties as assign.

Our expectations

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• Knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate accounting, tax calculation and payment, total working time accounting and DK.
• Williness and ability to lead and develop a team(experience in leading a team would be a an advantage).
• Good knowledge of English and Russian (not lower than B2 level).
• Excellent skills with MS Office. 
• Experience with payroll program Bonus, business management programs Axapta or SAP programs is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment.

Base monthly salary: from €3790 to €4550 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidates experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position
