Currently we are looking for experienced IT Analyst for ClassTrucks Sales and Marketing Automation System to join E-channels WEB Development team.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as IT Solution Owner for Classtrucks Marketing and Sales automation system
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing and sales management processes. Implement optimal solutions for process automation, including tasks such as aggregating data from various backend systems, publishing advertisements, capturing and processing leads, and fulfilling the sales pipeline.
Design high-quality UI/UX solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
Design API based integration interfaces and data flows
Lead product development, plan and coordinate delivery cycles and releases with other IT teams.
Verify and validate solutions, gather feedback from end users and other stakeholders.
Coordinate and monitor system support processes, built on ITIL best practices.

Our expectations:

2+ years experience as IT Product Owner/ System Analyst / Process Manager
Proven experience with designing, implementing, maintaining Sales and Marketing automation systems, processes
Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Experience with writing functional requirements specification documents, defining user acceptance criteria, validating solutions, troubleshooting incidents
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, oral and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated with an exceptional ability to multi-task and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Able to use English language fluently in verbal and written communication, including technical writing (knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage)
