At the moment ClassTrucks is looking for a Business Development Manager, so if you approach your work with a long view, you are sales - driven, your passion is to work and grow together with your customers, we are the right place for you to come, and we would like to meet you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong, long lasting, collaborative partnership with existing customers and build relationships with newly acquired ones with deep understanding of the customers needs.
- Ensure profitable sales and high-quality customer service.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to fulfill their needs.
- Create and implement long-term strategy for sales development, prepare sales and action plans to achieve them
Our Expectations:
- Extensive experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Excellent sales, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation.
- C1 level of English language skills.
- Knowledge of any languages: Italian, French, Russian or Scandinavian would be big advantage.
- The possibility to go on business trips on a regular basis.

Base monthly salary: from 2430 € to 3040 € (before tax). The specific salary and bonuses offered will depend on the candidates experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position
