UAB Autoselect LT, which has been operating car sales throughout Europe for many years, opens its new branch in Lithuania.
We are looking for responsible and motivated:
CEO / COMPANY MANAGER
Your job responsibilities will include
- Create a car dealership for 100-150 cars. (the average selling price of a car is around 6,000 euros)
- Organize and manage all processes related to the sale and purchase of cars
- Prepare monthly reports
- Plan, organize work with cooperation partners. For leasing companies, car service centers, etc.
- Organize the work of the company's employees to achieve results
Requirements
- Work experience as a car sales manager
- Experience in team management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and plan your work in the long term
- Experience in CRM systems and in the preparation of reports
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, English and preferably Russian language
