• Internal IT ERP systems Development: lead and oversee internal IT systems development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Systems Analysts Team Management: manage a team of systems analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them excel in their roles. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Continuously optimize internal processes within the systems analysts team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify and implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows.
• Outsourcing Developers Team Management: collaborate with external development teams, prepare tasks and specifications for outsourced projects, and ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.
• Analysis of Company Processes and Needs: conduct thorough analysis of company processes, systems, and business needs. Develop proposals for new initiatives, enhancements, or system upgrades to support company growth and innovation.

You are a perfect fit with:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT ERP systems projects
• High-tech skills and knowledge (Django Python, Cloud servers)
• Strong English and Lithuanian languages skills (verbal)
• Experience in the transportation sector IT systems projects lead and owning - an advantage
• Ability to plan your time, strong organizational skills, good analytical thinking and communication skills.

Monthly Salary:

• 4463- 6612 Eur Gross. Possible bonuses depending on the achieved results.
