You shall play significant role in planning/budgeting, internal costs control, financial modelling and various operational improvement projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Support business operations across Europe in identifying and managing financial and tax risk.
• Oversee accounting operations executed by outsourced accounting team.
• Control the direct costs and overheads, including monthly variance analysis and commentary.
• Provide financial health analysis and insights to drive business performance of the organization. Take ownership of the modeling of the company's balance sheet and cash flows.
• Participate in budgeting, auditing and consolidation processes under Girteka Group guidelines.
• In cooperation with treasury ensure all purchased assets are financed.

Our Expectations

• A bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years experience in a financial role.
• High proficiency in data gathering, analysis in excel skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Impeccable accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advance knowledge in tax would be an advantage.
• High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
