Experience in Fintech and/or financial institutions;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Higher education;
Experience in implementing and supervising long-term projects.

Job description:

Develop and implement business strategies, plans and operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of the company and the team;
Collaborate the CEO in the implementation of new projects;
Monitor market innovations, competitors and trends;
Build strong relationships with stakeholders: partners and suppliers;
Monitor and evaluate business development, select key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement performance management systems.
