Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, track, and manage emerging risks and opportunities
• Ensure thorough identification, measurement, and documentation of risks, including potential connections between them
• Improve project risk and uncertainty management in collaboration with colleagues
• Produce concise risk and opportunity reports for senior management to inform decision-making
• Enhance risk and opportunity handling methods, ensuring consistent application throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop risk strategies, contribute to business continuity plans, and promote a risk-aware culture within the project team.

• Have a graduate-level qualification in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, or Risk Management
• Have experience in risk management and modeling for large-scale projects
• Have people management experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preference for large-scale construction and renewables, including offshore wind projects)
• Have a good knowledge of the insurance and brokerage markets in Baltics, Poland, and Europe
• Are proficient in MS Office
• Have strong collaboration, strategic thinking, critical decision-making, and extensive understanding of insurance and risk management principles.
