Cognizant is one of the fastest growing outsourcing companies in the world with massive plans for Europe in coming years. We are looking for specialists, who would like to work with our client one of the largest P&C Insurance Company in the world.

You can expect to:

• Collaborate and communicate with the external client to ensure high level of process quality related to the clients services and production

• Review of statements of accounts from brokers/third parties

• Allocate of received cash

• Investigate of mismatches in received information

• Raise payments

• Manage correspondence and documentation

• Participate in different projects contributing for process improvement

• Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes

• Prepare of reports and analysis

We expect You to:

• Have good spoken and written Italian (B2/C1) and English languages

• Have good analytical skills

• Have good communication and time management skills

• Be customer focus and have positive attitude

• Have working experience with MS Excel as this would be considered as an advantage

• Have experience in Finance/Insurance field and/or related studies would be an advantage
