Ruptela is looking for a Production Engineer / Technologist to join our Manufacturing department in Kaunas!

We are currently looking for a Production Engineer / Technologist for our production/assembly department in Kaunas. Our future team member will be responsible for the production processes: looking for ways to make it more efficient, improve the quality of our devices and reduce costs. We are looking for a proactive person who is constantly looking for ways to simplify/automate his and others' tasks.

Your role

Find and fix production equipment problems;
Work closely with RnD department;
Check that all equipment work correctly in order to make production process run in effective way;
Check daily fault analyzes and update equipment accordingly;
Control of the production process
Implementing measures to increase production efficiency, improve quality, reduce material consumption
Analyzing non-conformities in production and submitting proposals of cost reduction
Coordinating the introduction of new products into production
Purchasing and introducing tools and equipment required for production
Preparing and updating the documentation of the technological process
Follow the developments in new technologies that could help to improve the process

We expect:

Experience in the development and improvement of production technological processes
Good MS Word, MS Excel skills
Work experience with AutoCAD or other CAD programs
Good English language skills
Knowledge of LEAN systems
Responsibility, proactiveness, interest in technologies, and innovations

The salary range for this position is €1700 - 2900 (gross) per month, with a possibility of discussion. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on ones qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
