Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

• Develop/manage crew schedules for compliance.
• Efficiently allocate resources for optimal coverage.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Previous experience in flight crew scheduling or aviation operation.
• Aviation regulation understanding (EASA FTL), crew licensing knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to handle unexpected changes without compromising efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team and crew.
• Proficiency in crew scheduling software (AIMS) and relevant tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating team.
• Experience in team management.
• Fluency in English.

• University degree in aviation related studies.
