Acting as an application 2nd line support specialist and the application expert
Automating and working on application maintenance and monitoring
Suggesting and implementing improvements to the applications and their maintenance
Participating in application deployment, verification
Being a member of Call Duty schedule outside office hours

Requirements

You are interested in Application support
You like finding solutions to the problems – technical and organisational
You have a positive attitude towards your colleagues and customers
Eager to learn new things all the time and share your knowledge with colleagues

Beneficial

You can use a Database for extracting data and investigating issues (MS SQL and / or MySQL)
Linux knowledge is an advantage
Interested in programming. Can read code and do some scripting as well
