We are now looking for a new team member to join the Customer Experience team and coordinate Pan-Baltic Mobile Application developments, define product strategy, provide know-how and best practices, analyze and most importantly - implement user-friendly Mobile application solutions. As Mobile Application Product Owner, you will have the chance to work with customer feedback, internal stakeholders and other departments to find key improvements, bring them to life and improve our customer journey.

What you will do:

• Understand Mobile Applications users' needs and lead implementation of user experiences to meet those needs;
• Formulate requirements for Mobile Application development according to the latest trends, data and input from country stakeholders to develop them together with IT and Development partners;
• Plan and organize Mobile application development, according to customer feedback and internal team requirements;
• Lead the prioritization of Mobile application development activities to meet the defined Mobile Application KPIs, set deadlines and ensure the best possible user experience in Mobile application;
• Contribute to overall Rimi customer digital experience journey and coordinate omni-channel development, where Mobile Application is one of the involved channels.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• You have experience in maintaining and prioritizing backlog in Jira;
• Google Analytics is your browser homepage;
• You have at least 1 years' experience working with mobile application solutions or at least 3 years in web, e-commerce or online solution developments;
• You know and understand UX and ASO;
• You are able to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance;
• You have result oriented personality with strong analytical skills and good attention to details;
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken;
