An exciting opportunity awaits you in the Developer Experience Tribe at Danske Bank. As we are increasingly enhancing our quality assurance (QA) efforts, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Test Manager/ Quality Assurance SME to join our organization and be part of this transformative journey.
The Developer Experience Tribe offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the productivity and satisfaction of developers at Danske Bank.
Your tasks will be centered around coaching, teaching/training, educating, and supporting, thereby maturing the IT organisation with regards to quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also participate in developing guides, teaching materials, and other materials to support the organizations maturity within quality assurance.
This role is not about hands-on test management, technical set-up, or execution of tests, but its a golden opportunity for a person who can effectively manage processes as well as guide and enable others on the path of quality assurance. Equally, this is not a Leader/ HR Manager role but a key product delivery position that plays a significant role in shaping the future of software development within the organisation together with a creative and forward-thinking team.

You will:
- Armed with a comprehensive understanding of QA processes and phases, collaborate with a diverse set of individuals to shape the very tools, resources, and processes that will empower developers to innovate and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Implement the QA processes and requirements that align with the organizations goals and priorities
- Maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all software development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities into the development lifecycle
- Maintain and promote quality standards, guidelines, and methodologies for testing activities
- Support and educate the organization on obtaining and optimizing knowledge and skills within QA practices and processes
- Continuously improve QA practices by adopting industry best practices and emerging technologies
About you:
- Proven experience as a QA/Test Manager or similar role, especially in an Agile software development environment
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an agile development lifecycle
- Certified in software quality assurance at the ISTQB foundation level, or with in-depth knowledge about the ISTQB standards and QA terms
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as speak and teach in front of a bigger crowd
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A team member who understands and embraces the value of working in a team
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer
Monthly salary range from 3640 EUR to 5460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
