We help to our subsidiarys companies across the world to improve processes through automation and digitalization using Microsoft Power Platform technology stack: MS Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.

In R&D department we are looking for Power Platform Team Lead who will lead developers and IT Business analysts team and be one of key players in Avia Solutions Group digital strategy.

In this position you will:

• Lead a team of Power Platform developers and IT Business analysts with an open communication and high trust culture where we help each other to succeed.
• Be responsible for continues teamwork processes improvements, identify new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency.
• Help team to deliver services and solutions for clients and eliminate possible blockers.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other R&D teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with aviation processes experts, focus on clients goals and manage expectations.
  

About you:

• 2+ years experience with leading development team
• Have Microsofts PowerApps or Microsoft Flows development experience.
• Have higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other exact science disciplines.
• Have analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Are positive, creative, with a can-do attitude.
• Have good English skills.
  

Would be nice if you:

• Have experience with any popular RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop)
• Have SharePoint Online customization experience
• Have IT system integration experience (REST API, Web services)
