Risk & Compliance Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. Each of these squads is self-organized teams empowering its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.
We are aiming at transforming the way we develop Compliance and Risk management solutions in the bank, therefore, we are looking for someone who has a continuous improvement mindset and is willing to drive the transformation in this area.
The Product Owner we are looking for will lead a newly created squad that will focus on Compliance Investigations systems and solutions for more data intensive products used in critical Compliance processes.

You will:
- Lead a new squad with the aim of supporting/ changing current systems and developing new ones
- Plan and prioritise work in the squad
- Communicate and collaborate closely with key Compliance stakeholders on development and prioritisation
- Focus on continuous improvements and agile behaviours
- Align and collaborate closely with other Product Owners within and outside of the Risk & Compliance Tribe
- Set direction for the squad and contribute to achieving the mission of the Risk & Compliance Tribe
About you:
- Capable of leading a cross-functional squad of 8-12 squad members
- Able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Able to set direction and communicate priorities in a clear way
- Are customer focused
- Have knowledge within the Risk and Compliance area
- Thrive in an environment with a high level of empowerment
- Potentially have experience with IT development and digital transformation
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
