You will be joining the Risk & Compliance Tribe, where business and IT professionals work in cross-functional teams in a truly agile organisation.

You will be a Risk Specialist in a Center of Excellence (CoE)

We are offering a position as Risk Specialist in a CoE which is a specialist team within Group Risk Management, supporting prudent credit risk processes ensuring adherence to our one platform environment. This requires a helicopter view on a complex system and process landscape focusing on Data Risk, framework development and regulatory compliance.

Being part of the CoE means that we are supporting each other, and we do walk the extra mile to ensure that everybody is being given a hand when needed. We have a positive attitude and carry out on our deliveries by acting as one, integrated team.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommends solutions that enable our organisation to achieve its goals
  • Be responsible for understanding the business need as well as eliciting and refining requirements
  • Be interested in setting high quality standards and interacts with professionalism across country boarders and organizational levels
  • Be curious and not afraid to challenge but you also understand how to act with humbleness
  • Be motivated, by working in an agile environment and you will actively contribute to the social culture of the CoE

About you:

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Solid knowledge about banking and credit processes
  • Team oriented with proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • Understand complex problems and communicate them in a clear and understandable way
  • Thrive with great responsibility
  • Holistic and positive view of the job: no task is too big; no task is too small
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis or similar experience
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
