Our team is responsible for developing and operating monitoring solutions for data quality and IRB model performance. You will have an opportunity to work on the entire process; from setting up data flows, developing monitoring metrics to establishing governance and optimised work processes after implementation.

In addition, you will be a key contributor to the maintenance and operation of our monitoring solutions, with constant attention on automation and user experience. You will be a main driver for ensuring progress and quality in this process.

Collaborate across the group

You will take part in the general responsibilities of the team, which is part of the Group Risk Management area, why part of your daily work require collaboration with colleagues across the group. Your primary responsibilities:

• Developing and optimising processes, for monitoring performance and early warning indicators of IRB models, such as PD, LGD, AVM
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and ensure improved user processes
• Operating, maintaining and automating existing monitoring solutions for IRB models and data

In this position, you will get empowerment to enable your capabilities and contribute with transforming the Group Risk Management area towards a solid data governance framework.

Bring value across business units

We are looking for you, who enjoys working in a cross-cultural team and have the ability to communicate results, while understanding how we can support our business. You, who gets excited about being on top of tasks and have an eye for solutions that bring value across business units. Furthermore, you have:

• Education within e.g. Economics, Business or Statistics
• Solid SQL skills. Experience with Python, Tableau and Alteryx is considered as a bonus
• Communication of results, analysis and data management and advanced English language skills
• The ability to translate business needs into solution requirements.

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
