About the Role:
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead an international team dispersed across vibrant locations. Your primary focus will be on acquiring top-tier talent, driving recruitment strategies, and contributing to our broader talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor an international team of 10 professionals across 4 countries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Shape recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent for all-level positions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to tailor recruitment strategies to evolving needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging knowledge to inform recruitment strategies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in all aspects of talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles, with a focus on senior-level sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for executive and senior-level positions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a knack for innovative recruitment solutions.
- Experience leading and managing international teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes.
