Our Human Resources Services (HRS) team is dedicated to delivering efficient and customer-focused employee lifecycle administration services for Outokumpu, a world-leading global company in sustainable stainless-steel business.
About the Role:
As a Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in organizing and optimizing employee lifecycle administration services, ensuring consistent and positive experiences for managers, employees, and HR colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to lead a global team and contribute to HR optimization projects on an international level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize employee lifecycle administration services for Outokumpu, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement and support process developments to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Provide a positive process/ tool experience for managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
- Develop information and training materials in collaboration with process owners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and provide necessary reporting.
- Support HR optimization projects with cross-disciplinary international teams.
About You:
We're looking for a self-driven, proactive individual with a hands-on mentality. You should excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be adept at building trusted business relationships. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for driving process improvements, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Degree and/ or proven experience in HR/ Operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Fluent in English; German and/ or Italian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions and driving process improvements.
- Customer service oriented.

- Location: Flexible Lithuania (Vilnius) / Germany (Krefeld) / Italy (Castelleone, Genova).
- Contract: Permanent.
