Your future role

Planning and organizing the installation works of aluminum glass, frameless glass, and other façade constructions carried out on the site.
Communicating and cooperating with the largest construction companies in Northern Europe on site.
Coordinating the work of the installation team on site.
Ensuring work execution according to the contract deadlines andthe required project quality.
Making sure the health and safety, fire and environmentalrequirements on site are maintained.
Applying the best technical solutions for installation andexecution.
Ensuring the correct allocation of resources according to the competencies of colleagues.
Preparing site documentation (method statement, riskassessment, health and safety, etc.).
Managing subcontractors.
Building and maintaining relationships with our customers.

What we expect from you?

Experience of successfully working in the planning, organising and coordinating of construction work.
The ability to easily read project drawings.
Excellent leadership, development, team motivation and analytical thinking skills.
Knowledge of the MS Project program.
English language skills (both written and spoken).
