Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Head of Sales Group to join our growing Europe Continent Sales team in to work with Telematics devices portfolio.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• lead, coach and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics in one of Europe country: UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland and etc.
• be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently
• create and implement sales strategy for the dedicated region
• analyze all sales activities, support, and develop the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization
• contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
• ensure order tracking and correction
• coordinate technical inquiries 

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU

• have at least 3 years successful experience of leading a sales team
• have fluent English language skills (both spoken and written) - this will be the primary working language
• have strong communication skills, the ability to lead a team
• have growth and problem-solving oriented mindset
• have ability to analyze information, make decisions independently
• are results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it

OUR OFFER

Salary: 

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h ( ~ 2970 Eur - 4960 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
